About this session
This Session will highlight and expand on better practices of Project Management in open-source while focusing on exploring the complexities of leading projects, maximizing various forms of collaboration, decentralized decision-making, and community-driven innovation promoting inclusivity.
There will be interactive sessions and case studies to provide practical insights and how to navigate various forms of challenges and opportunities to aid my objectives which include
